Embroidery Services

We can perform the process of embroidery for you. This is the forming of decorative designs on objects with needlework on any apparel. Most businesses use it for their clothing by placing the company name, logo or slogan. You can also get it stitched on your hat, shirt or any other product.

In the past it was very manual and a tedious process, but with the latest digitized technology it takes just a matter of time to embroider items in bulk. Embroidery fees depend on the number of stitches. You can use as many colors as you want and it will not alter the price. However, in counting stitches, the size and design details matter.

The number of stitches used does matter as it gives you a sense of quality. The greater the number of stitches the finer the embroidery will be. You have plenty of embroidery placement options for hats, woven shirts and jackets. Logos and text can be embroidered on shirts on the left chest, below the placket or about the cuff. There are a couple of placement options for Men's shirts both logos and texts are embroidered on the left chest, left or right biceps or full-back. Caps and visors usually have embroidery on the crown. Bags have various imprint areas which depend upon the style and cut. Before placing orders you must verify the embroidery location to make sure the job is done the way you visualized.

Steps to complete embroidery process-
The first step is you sending us your artwork for the review by our art department.

The will retro-fit and adjust your logo to fit the apparel.
They will look at your instructions and come up with a composite proof for you to see how the design will look like on the item (or hats, sweatshirts, T-shirts or other garments).
Our proofs will show you the colors to be used on your order, the print size dimensions for your artwork, and it will confirm the specific embroidered locations you have instructed us to create.

If you have an adjustment or need to change the embroidery you can notify our art department and we can make the adjustment. If you'd like it to be printed smaller, just let us know. Once the product is signed off on we can begin production.

We don't print your job until you are thrilled with your proof and you have specifically approved it for printing.
